रद्दीकरण और रिफ़ंड नीति

All our services are delivered online. This policy explains when you can cancel and when you'll get your money back.

1. Questions to astrologers

• Your first question is free, so there's nothing to refund.
• For a paid question, we aim to answer within 6 hours. If you haven't received an answer within 48 hours of paying, you'll get a full refund. Ask us, or we'll refund automatically.
• Once an answer has been delivered, the question can't be cancelled or refunded. If an answer is blank, unrelated to your question, or breaks our Astrologer Guidelines, tell us within 7 days and we'll have it answered again or refund it.

2. Phone consultations

• You can cancel a booking from "My sessions" up to 24 hours before it starts, for a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the start, bookings can't be cancelled or refunded.
• If the astrologer cancels, or doesn't call you within 15 minutes of the booked start time, you'll get a full refund.
• If the astrologer calls at the booked time on the number you gave and you don't answer, the session counts as used and isn't refunded.
• If the call drops because of a problem on our side or the astrologer's, contact us and we'll rearrange the session or refund it.

3. Reports (such as Muhurtham)

• You can cancel for a full refund until the astrologer starts working on your report.
• If we don't deliver the report within the time shown when you ordered it, you'll get a full refund.

4. Pujas and ceremonies

• You can cancel a request at any time before you accept a quotation; nothing is charged until then.
• After you accept, cancellations up to 72 hours before the ceremony are refunded in full, less any travel costs already booked for you. Within 72 hours, the fee isn't refunded.
• If the astrologer cancels or doesn't arrive, you'll get a full refund, or a replacement astrologer if you prefer.

5. Payment problems

If you were charged but the order or booking wasn't confirmed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it; your bank or card issuer usually credits it within 5 to 7 working days. We don't charge any fee for refunds.

7. How to ask

Email us with your order or booking reference and the reason. We reply within one working day.
