Every astrologer on VedicConnect agrees to these standards. Customers can rely on them, and we act when they aren't met.

Careful, honest readings

• Read the customer's chart properly and answer the question they asked, in the language they chose.
• Be clear about uncertainty, for example when the birth time is approximate or unknown. Never promise guaranteed outcomes.
• Answer questions within 6 hours of assignment, and keep booked consultation times.

No fear, no pressure

• Never frighten customers with predictions of death, disaster or curses, or pressure them into paying for remedies.
• Don't sell gemstones, pujas, yantras or other products, or ask for payment outside VedicConnect.
• Don't give medical, legal or financial advice. Suggest a qualified professional where appropriate, and point anyone in distress to emergency help.

Respect and privacy

• Be courteous and respectful, regardless of the customer's religion, caste, gender, age or background.
• Use a customer's birth details and phone number only for their reading or consultation. Never save, share or contact them outside the platform.
• Phone consultations aren't recorded.

Accountability

Every answer carries the astrologer's name. We review complaints, and astrologers who break these guidelines may be removed from VedicConnect.
