1. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You sign in with your Google account; keep it secure, give accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.

2. Our services

• Questions answered in writing by verified astrologers. Each eligible customer gets one free question.
• Phone consultations booked for a specific time slot with an astrologer.
• Free tools: Panchangam and Kundali.
• Astrologer-prepared reports, such as Muhurtham dates.
• Pujas and ceremonies, at your place or online, by quotation: you request one, Head Astrologers quote, and the ceremony is confirmed when you accept a quotation. For ceremonies at your place you bear the astrologer's travel and stay expenses as stated in the quotation.

Astrologers are independent professionals who provide readings through our platform. We verify them before they join and require them to follow our Astrologer Guidelines.

3. Nature of astrology: important

Astrological readings are based on traditional methods and the astrologer's interpretation. They are offered for guidance and are not guaranteed to be accurate or to produce any outcome. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice, and must not be relied on in an emergency. Decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price of each service is shown before you pay (see Pricing), and the price at the time you confirm is the price you pay, even if it changes later. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; a service is confirmed only once the payment succeeds. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

5. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

How each service is delivered is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy; cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• give false information, impersonate anyone, or use someone else's birth details without their permission;
• harass, abuse or threaten astrologers or staff, or send unlawful, obscene or hateful content;
• ask astrologers to contact you outside VedicConnect to avoid our fees, or share their contact details further;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, software and content belong to us or our licensors. Answers and reports are for your personal, non-commercial use. Place data is from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown above. Continuing to use the service means you accept it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Courts at [City, State for jurisdiction] have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.
