Shipping & Delivery Policy

VedicConnect sells online services only. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent to a postal address. This is how each service reaches you:

• Questions: your answer appears in "My questions" in your account, and we email you when it's ready. We aim to answer within 6 hours of the question being submitted or paid for.
• Phone consultations: the astrologer calls you on the number you gave, at the booked time (Indian Standard Time). Your booking and its status are in "My sessions".
• Reports (such as Muhurtham): delivered to your account and by email within 3 working days of payment, unless a different time is shown when you order.
• Pujas and ceremonies: performed by the astrologer named in the quotation you accept, at your place on the agreed date or online. Travel and stay are as stated in the quotation.
• Kundali and Panchangam: free and shown on screen straight away.
